Ingredients
  

  • Minced garlic
  • Julienned ginger
  • chopped chili pepper
  • Chicken broth
  • Corn starch
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Cooking wine

Instructions
 

  • Remove skin from the loofah, leave some skin on for texture
  • Heat your wok and coat with spray oil
  • Add garlic, ginger, and pepper, stir-fry until fragrant
  • Add chopped loofah, stir for 2 mins
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine, mix everything well.
  • Add chicken broth, cook with the lid on for 2 mins
  • Add corn starch water mixture, cook, until sauce thicken
