Remove skin from the loofah, leave some skin on for texture
Heat your wok and coat with spray oil
Add garlic, ginger, and pepper, stir-fry until fragrant
Add chopped loofah, stir for 2 mins
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine, mix everything well.
Add chicken broth, cook with the lid on for 2 mins
Add corn starch water mixture, cook, until sauce thicken
