Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb sliced rice cake (soaked in cold water for 15 minutes)
  • 2 Chinese Sausage (sliced)
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 3-4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • broccolini/ broccoli (cut into 2" pieces)
  • 1/2 daikon (sliced thinly)
  • 4-5 shiitake mushroom (soaked in hot water for 1 hour & sliced)
  • 2 stalks scallion (chopped into 2" thin pieces)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat up 1 tbsp of oil in your wok. Add in onion, garlic and sauté together for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add in daikon, 1/8 cup of water. Put a lid on top and cook for about 5 minutes. Once the daikon has slightly softened, add in rice cake, 1/8 cup of water. Put the lid on top and cook until the rice cake is slightly softened. Add in broccolini/broccoli, sauce, and cook until combined!
  • Top with scallion and serve over warm rice!
