Our bakers are ex-chefs who have lost their jobs due to the covid-19 situation. With more restaurants closing down due to the lockdowns, our chefs are losing their jobs. We train them to bake moon cakes using our traditional and modern recipes, so that they can become entrepreneurs, and have a livelihood.
