  • Mei Wok

Ingredients
  

  • Instant noodles/ramen
  • 5 garlic cloves(minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Green onion
  • Dill weed
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat up wok, turn to low heat and add butter
  • Add garlic
  • Cook instant noodle in boiling water for about 2 mins
  • Transfer noodle to the wok (include water if it's dry)
  • Add sauce mix and parmesan cheese
  • Stir and mix everything well
  • Transfer to a bowl, garnish with seaweed, green onion and dill weed
