Ingredients
- Spinach (with stem), 3 bunches
- Knorr Chicken powder, 1 tsp
- Garlic, 3 cloves (or more!)
- Water, half a cup
Instructions
- Cut out the older and tougher bits of the spinach, wash and submerge in water for a while to remove the dirt. If the spinach is too long, cut into smaller pieces
- Pour oil into the wok and fry garlic till slightly golden
- Put all the spinach in, stir fry for a bit then pour in water and toss in chicken powder and a sprinkle of salt, cover wok with lid
- Once the spinach has wilted, give it a few tosses more on the wok and serve
