This was my first attempt at a new recipe. Came out okay but would probably add more sugar next time (adjusted the recipe for this). Thanks to SAC for pushing me to cook & explore moreย

Ingredients
- 14 oz of cubed tofu patted dry
 - 7 oz of chopped bamboo shoots
 - 1 tbsp of canola oil
 
For the Marinade:
- 2 tbsp of Sha Cha sauce
 - 2 tbsp of soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp of sugar
 - 3 minced garlic cloves
 
For Garnish
- green onion
 - a pinch of red pepper flakes
 
Instructions
- Marinate the tofu for at least half an hour (save a tbsp of the marinade to pour over at the end)
 - When ready to cook, add oil to wok
 - When wok is hot, add marinated tofu and bamboo shoots
 - Mix tofu and bamboo every few minutes for about ten minutes
 - Take out of wok, add the leftover marinade and garnishes
