Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 lb turkey breast cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1 egg
  • Panko
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • oil for frying
  • 1/2 small white onion, sliced
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tsp ginger, diced
  • 1/4 tsp MSG
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/6 cup water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in wok for frying.
  • Mix flour, white pepper, black pepper, salt innone bowl. Scramble egg in another. Pour panko in a third bowl. Slice turkey breast.
  • Coat turkey slices into flour mixture, then egg, then, panko.
  • Fry coated turkey in oil in batches of about 5 until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
  • Once frying is done, pour oil out into a bowl, and scoop out any bits left in the wok.
  • Add a tablespoon of oil into the wok, and stir fry garlic and ginger first. Do not burn.
  • Add sliced carrots, celery, onion, and bell pepper and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add orange juice, soy sauce, MSG to the wok until heated.
  • Mix water and corn starch into a bowl to make a slurry. Then mix into the heated liquid in the wok and stir until thickened.
  • Add the fried turkey and mix to coat it and the vegetables in the orange slurry.
  • Green onion for garnish.
