Heat oil in wok for frying.
Mix flour, white pepper, black pepper, salt innone bowl. Scramble egg in another. Pour panko in a third bowl. Slice turkey breast.
Coat turkey slices into flour mixture, then egg, then, panko.
Fry coated turkey in oil in batches of about 5 until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Once frying is done, pour oil out into a bowl, and scoop out any bits left in the wok.
Add a tablespoon of oil into the wok, and stir fry garlic and ginger first. Do not burn.
Add sliced carrots, celery, onion, and bell pepper and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
Add orange juice, soy sauce, MSG to the wok until heated.
Mix water and corn starch into a bowl to make a slurry. Then mix into the heated liquid in the wok and stir until thickened.
Add the fried turkey and mix to coat it and the vegetables in the orange slurry.
Green onion for garnish.
