This recipe is adapted from Cooking with Dog, but I used brie cheese. 😉

Japanese Soufle Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 30 g sour cream
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 20 g cake flour
  • 100 g milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 40 g sugar

Instructions
 

  • Just like making any sponge!
