Ingredients
  

  • 6 prawns
  • 6 scallops
  • 4 mussels
  • 10 clam meat
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 radish for garnish
  • Lettuce for plating
  • 1 loaf bread

White Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dig a hole in the loaf of bread but not to the bottom. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and pan-fry the scallops for around 2 mins for each side. Then put them aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and brown the garlic. Add the prawns, mussels, and clam meat and let it cook for 2 mins. Take it out of the pan and set them aside.
  • Wash your pan if you are using the same one. Add butter, milk, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Then put the seafood back to the pan and stir it well with the sauce.
  • Fill the hole of the bread with seafood and white sauce.
  • Use the mussels and scallops for plating or you can put them in together with the seafood and white sauce.
  • Garnish with radish and lettuce to make it whatever way you would like.
  • You can dip your bread into the delicious white sauce. Enjoy!
