Ingredients
- Salted egg tofu
- 3 salted egg yolks
- Box of tofu, I prefer silken but you can use whatever you want
- 2 green onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- crab meat if ya feeling fancy, I am poor so I did not
- cornstarch slurry(mix together 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water)
- salt/ pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.In a small bowl,using a spoon, smash the salted egg yolks.cut the green onion into shreds.
- Boil Tofu for one min, drain and set aside
- ace a wok over high heat until hot. Add tbsp of oil and then green onions and garlic to bloom aromatics( I should've added ginger too after tasting this) then add the egg yolks and cook that for a sec before adding the corn starch slurry
- Throw tofu back in, incorporate carefully not to break up tofu too much.
- Plate. Serve.
