Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.In a small bowl,using a spoon, smash the salted egg yolks.cut the green onion into shreds.
Boil Tofu for one min, drain and set aside
ace a wok over high heat until hot. Add tbsp of oil and then green onions and garlic to bloom aromatics( I should've added ginger too after tasting this) then add the egg yolks and cook that for a sec before adding the corn starch slurry
Throw tofu back in, incorporate carefully not to break up tofu too much.
Plate. Serve.
