Ingredients
  

  • Salted egg tofu
  • 3 salted egg yolks
  • Box of tofu, I prefer silken but you can use whatever you want
  • 2 green onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • crab meat if ya feeling fancy, I am poor so I did not
  • cornstarch slurry(mix together 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water)
  • salt/ pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.In a small bowl,using a spoon, smash the salted egg yolks.cut the green onion into shreds.
  • Boil Tofu for one min, drain and set aside
  • ace a wok over high heat until hot. Add tbsp of oil and then green onions and garlic to bloom aromatics( I should've added ginger too after tasting this) then add the egg yolks and cook that for a sec before adding the corn starch slurry
  • Throw tofu back in, incorporate carefully not to break up tofu too much.
  • Plate. Serve.
