Instructions
- Made omurice! Recipe loosely based off of NYT cooking—basically make a wok fried rice, mold it into small bowls, and top with an omelet that you nudge around the rice. Subbed shiitake mushrooms for ham and a shiitake mushroom broth instead of dashi, and added some sesame oil at the end. Topped with ketchup and kewpie Mayo (not pictured)
