Ingredients
- 1 TBSP oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
- Cayenne to taste
Instructions
- Heat the wok until it is very hot
- Put in the chopped garlic, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cayenne
- Put in the bok choy and stir
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until desired softness
- Remove from heat and drizzle some sesame oil and sesame seeds
