Ingredients
  

  • 1 TBSP oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil
  • Cayenne to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the wok until it is very hot
  • Put in the chopped garlic, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cayenne
  • Put in the bok choy and stir
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes until desired softness
  • Remove from heat and drizzle some sesame oil and sesame seeds
