Ingredients

Chicken wings or thighs skin on
cut into size of about 6 cm by 3 cm

Oyster Sauce

Prawn Paste from Lee Kum Kee
Freshly ground pepper

tablespoon
Rice Flour

tablespoon
Corn Flour

egg

of peanut or sunflower oil for deep frying
Instructions
Season chicken with all the ingredients for at least half an hour, and at most 2 hours.
Heat up the oil to medium hot.
Fry chicken till golden brown.
Serve with rice or a salad or noodles.
