Ingredients

chicken deboned thighs

Tbsp
light soya sauce
1
tsp
pepper
2
Tbsp
rice flour
1
small egg
1
cup
panko
Seasoning
Any mixture of:
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Coconut milk
max 1 Tbsp
Curry powder
Ground Coriander and/or Cumin
Paprika
Ground Star Anise
Any spice you like
Oil
Enough vegetable oil for deep frying the chicken
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan or pot to medium.
Season the chicken with soya sauce, pepper and spices for at least 20 minutes.
Add the egg and the flour.
Coat with the panko and fry till golden brown.
