cooked sushi or short grain rice cooked from 3 cups of rice grains
Japanese Egg Omelette

medium eggs Make omelette following video
A pinch salt
A pinch sugar
Toppings
1/2
jar rice toppings
1
tbsp
scallions
1/4
medium red onion
sliced
Accompaniment
all optional
A sprinkle shichimi togarashi
A bit wasabi
Some soya sauce
Some preserved ginger normally pink ones
Equipment
rice cooker or pot
Instructions
Japanese Omelette
Mix the sugar and salt to the eggs and beat well.
I don't have a square pan, but I do it the same as the video above. It works.
Cut into strips or anyway you like!
Combine
Scoop a cup of rice into a Japanese bowl.
Scatter or arrange fish, omelette, and all the toppings on the rice.
Serve with the accompaniment.
